Lead technical customer-facing GenAI engagements for EMEA digital-native and startup customers. Design and productionize LLM solutions including RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation, safety, and MLOps on Databricks. Build proofs of concept and reference implementations, advise customer roadmaps, partner with Product and Engineering, mentor field teams, and represent Databricks through technical content and executive briefings.

Leads complex enterprise customer engagements as a senior technical authority for data and AI architecture. Drives Databricks adoption, consumption strategy, executive relationships, competitive positioning, and large-scale architecture initiatives including migrations, real-time systems, lakehouse platforms, and AI/ML. Orchestrates cross-functional teams, mentors solutions architects, influences senior stakeholders, and contributes to technical thought leadership.

Own and grow Databricks’ public-sector enterprise business across Ireland and Scotland. Manage strategic government accounts, protect renewals, expand platform consumption, and develop net-new opportunities. Build territory and go-to-market strategies, engage senior government stakeholders, map buying centers, create business cases, manage complex sales cycles, and coordinate internal teams, cloud providers, systems integrators, and partners. Use structured sales methodologies and disciplined forecasting to deliver quota attainment and sustainable customer growth.
