Support end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline management, maintain talent databases, produce recruitment reports and dashboards, conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking, analyze people data for insights on attrition and headcount, coordinate candidate communications, and contribute to employer branding and People strategy.

Coordinate end-to-end client interview processes: schedule, chase, track and follow up with candidates, consultants and clients. Build and improve trackers/systems, flag risks, report pipeline status to leadership, and optimise workflows to prevent bottlenecks.
