Lead delivery of a strategic risk technology transformation program for a hedge fund client. Responsibilities include managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, Jira workflows, JQL dashboards, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, release planning, system integrations, and migration from legacy technology to a modern risk platform. The role coordinates developers, quantitative teams, business stakeholders, and senior technology leadership while maintaining delivery governance and proactively resolving blockers.

Develop and enhance bespoke Python backend services, collaborate with clients on architecture and design, implement best-practice solutions, use appropriate tools/frameworks, write automated tests, manipulate complex datasets, share knowledge, and work in cross-functional teams to deliver clean, efficient software.

This role involves developing and maintaining kdb+ applications, collaborating with business users, and mentoring junior developers in a dynamic team environment.
