Leads labor and employee relations strategy across Danaher Diagnostics operations in the UK and Ireland. Advises senior leaders on complex employee relations, labor risk, workforce reductions, restructurings, TUPE transfers, organizational changes, and collective negotiations. Manages relationships with works councils, trade unions, and employee representatives while building governance, standard work, and organizational capability across multiple entities and sites.

Manage end-to-end digital and computational pathology implementation projects for healthcare customers. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, monitoring risks and dependencies, managing parallel implementations, reporting project status, escalating issues, and ensuring on-time, in-scope, high-quality delivery through go-live and sign-off.

Develops and executes regional field marketing strategies for the UK and Ireland, using market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to drive growth. Partners with sales, commercial, business unit, and communications teams on campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, events, and trade shows. Measures program effectiveness, supports forecasting and KPI tracking, and builds customer and stakeholder relationships. The role is remote within the assigned region and requires travel across the region and EMEA as needed.
