Plans, implements, and oversees construction project QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with contracts, codes, standards, specifications, and client expectations. Leads QA/QC engineers and inspectors, reviews and approves Inspection and Test Plans, method statements, and quality documentation, and monitors inspections, testing, and material approvals. Manages non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and project quality management procedures.

Provide front-desk and telephony support, manage visitors, coordinate facility management and security access, assist with data entry, vendor bill verification, mail and travel bookings, liaise with contractors and telecom agencies, and help implement FM and EH&S procedures.
