Monitor and analyze security alerts, handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux, perform malware analysis, and remotely remediate malicious activity. The role also develops detection and response processes, communicates findings and recommendations to customers, contributes to security procedures, and supports thought leadership through public content and speaking engagements.

Manage Professional Services subcontractor relationships, including partner evaluation, onboarding, enablement, legal and IT requirements, delivery standards, performance metrics, service catalog management, and engagement staffing. Develop subcontracted service offerings, documentation, and workflows while supporting cross-functional stakeholders. Optimize subcontractor operations using AI tools and apply contract management, financial analysis, cybersecurity services, and program management expertise.

Own and grow the GSI ecosystem across Northern Europe: build joint go-to-market plans, enable partner technical competency, align sales and delivery teams, drive GSI-originated pipeline and demand generation, coordinate marketing and events, and engage senior GSI stakeholders while traveling regionally as needed.
