The Customer Success Manager at Cority drives customer satisfaction by managing relationships, ensuring platform adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Serve as the primary technical liaison during Cority implementations: lead data mapping and SQL scripting, integrate legacy systems via SOAP/REST and middleware (Mirth/HL7), configure SSO/LDAP/MFA, track issues in JIRA, define change requests, deliver admin and advanced BI/reporting training, and collaborate with product/programming to resolve technical issues and suggest product enhancements.

The Implementation Consultant I works with clients to implement Cority's EHSQ software, supports project teams, and builds client relationships while ensuring service excellence.
