Manage global implementations of Cority’s EHS and Quality software, overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, change orders, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and client teams, manage expectations, support engagement scoping, facilitate status meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role is remote and requires approximately 5% travel.

Manage and grow assigned client accounts as a trusted advisor: renewals, upsells, product demos, quarterly business reviews, Salesforce recordkeeping, partner programs, and occasional travel to support European opportunities and industry events.

The Implementation Consultant I works with clients to implement Cority's EHSQ software, supports project teams, and builds client relationships while ensuring service excellence.

Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients as a trusted advisor. Drive upsell of Cority products, run quarterly business reviews, deliver product demonstrations, provide quotes and amend agreements, maintain Salesforce records, support channel partners and European opportunities, attend industry events, and collaborate with consulting to uncover new sales opportunities.

Design, develop, and enhance Cority software and client solutions. Lead technical decisions and teams, produce production-ready code, implement CI/CD, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, collaborate with Product Owners, support and maintain systems, and own functional areas or projects.
