What's It Like to Work at CoreWeave?

I've never had a job where I feel more part of a team than at CoreWeave. It's been really amazing and eye-opening to join at a time where not only our company is experiencing a lot of growth, but the industry at large is at a critical point as well. I feel like we're making a positive impact on both technology and the quality of people's lives.

GenAI took the world by storm this decade and CoreWeave is a big part of making this possible. CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure and stack powers the most influential and well known names in this space -with every passing day, new tech advances keep pushing the frontier. Working at CoreWeave is analogous to sitting in the front row of a rocket ship.

Our office space is an open concept layout with pods. One of my favorite things has always been that everybody sits together. The CEO, junior engineers, the vfx dept, are all in the same room with the ability to ask questions and interact with each other. This leads to increased productivity and the ability to work together to solve problems.

CoreWeave has provided me with an amazing environment to grow and develop as an engineer. Having joined straight out of college it was a little intimidating to work directly with our senior leadership team but I really enjoyed the challenge and I am grateful for the experience I was able to gain.

One of aspects that I appreciate the most about CoreWeave is that everyone is focused on improvement, not perfection. We’re a company that identifies what isn’t working with our processes, owning it, and collaborating across teams to figure out the best path forward. I'm lucky to be on a team of really smart, dedicated people.
