Generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline for ControlUp’s Southern Europe region. Research prospects, identify IT pain points, conduct outreach through email and cold calls, engage decision-makers, schedule quality meetings, and communicate the platform’s value. The role includes structured training, coaching, role-play practice, quota accountability, and collaboration with Account Executives in a remote UK-based environment.

Provides expert technical support for complex customer escalations, diagnosing and debugging software issues, creating patches and diagnostic tools, and coordinating with engineering teams. The role requires full-stack development with strong backend experience in .NET and multi-threaded environments, plus expertise in web services, WCF, IIS, and troubleshooting. Additional experience with SQL, Windows environments, Splunk, hypervisors, and customer support is preferred.
