Manage international corporate treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, forecasting, bank accounts, foreign exchange, investments, intercompany transactions, and cash repatriation. Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting teams, manage banking relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive treasury automation, systems implementation, reporting, and process optimization.

Lead Legal Operations for Commvaults Trust team: manage legal technology, AI tools, vendors, budget, contracts and entity management; drive process improvements, change management, reporting, and cross-functional liaison while developing the Legal team and executing operational initiatives.
