Lead RCSAs, incident management, KRIs/KCIs, outsourcing and resilience work; provide 2LoD challenge to products and change, build risk MI for senior forums, coach first-line leaders, and help design global ORM programs and dashboards.

Provide commercial legal support for Coinbases institutional products across UK and international markets. Negotiate and draft complex institutional finance agreements (prime brokerage, derivatives, securities financing), advise on product lifecycle, regulatory and cross-border legal risk, lead cross-functional legal workstreams, and build scalable commercial processes and risk frameworks to support global growth.

Manage and grow relationships with top institutional derivatives traders to drive volume across futures, options, and perpetuals. Source and convert high-value traders, monitor market structure and competitor activity, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and deliver data-driven insights to Product, Risk, and Marketing. Build AI-powered workflows to prioritize outreach and scale coverage.

Lead quality assurance reviews of transaction monitoring investigations, enforce QA rubrics, perform root cause analysis, and deliver metrics and dashboards. Drive calibration, training, and cross-functional remediation with Compliance, Operations, Analytics, and L&D to improve AML/CFT case consistency and operational performance.
