Provide commercial legal support for Coinbases institutional products across UK and international markets. Negotiate and draft complex institutional finance agreements (prime brokerage, derivatives, securities financing), advise on product lifecycle, regulatory and cross-border legal risk, lead cross-functional legal workstreams, and build scalable commercial processes and risk frameworks to support global growth.

Own UK financial promotions and asset listings approval workflows, lead product governance for UK launches, build and scale regulated operational processes, produce senior governance reporting, and partner with Customer Experience to improve onboarding and support. Maintain audit-ready controls and use generative AI responsibly to improve efficiency.

Lead quality assurance reviews of transaction monitoring investigations, enforce QA rubrics, perform root cause analysis, and deliver metrics and dashboards. Drive calibration, training, and cross-functional remediation with Compliance, Operations, Analytics, and L&D to improve AML/CFT case consistency and operational performance.
