Leads and scales Cohesity’s EMEA Customer Success organization, overseeing Technical Account Management teams serving strategic enterprise customers. Drives adoption, value realization, retention, expansion, executive engagement, and customer health through scalable success frameworks and data-driven operations. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Renewals to influence roadmap and go-to-market priorities. Owns hiring, coaching, enablement, performance metrics, and customer outcomes across multiple countries, with travel up to 25%.

Drive enterprise sales of managed services and data security solutions across the UKI territory. Recruit and enable new MSP partners, grow existing relationships, build qualified pipelines, execute territory plans, and close net-new and expansion opportunities. Lead discovery, evaluations, proposals, and solution alignment with customers, partners, sales engineers, and technology alliances. Maintain forecasts, communicate value-based proposals, and provide customer and competitive insights.

Owns revenue for Cohesity’s AI business unit across product, infrastructure, and consulting services. The role generates pipeline, sells AI solutions to executive buyers, develops account plans, delivers business cases, manages enterprise opportunities, and coordinates co-selling with partners such as NVIDIA and hyperscalers. Responsibilities also include CRM hygiene, forecasting, competitive analysis, and building multi-phase customer engagements.
