Teams at Cohere AI

Owns the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK and Benelux, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through closing transformational deals. Builds executive relationships, sells complex AI and private deployment solutions, navigates data sovereignty and regulatory requirements, coordinates partners and systems integrators, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Development teams. The role requires territory ownership, strategic account development, rigorous MEDDPICC qualification, and frequent engagement with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Lead private-cloud and on-premises deployments of an enterprise AI platform. Partner with customer IT teams on infrastructure, security, and data requirements; design compliant deployment strategies; troubleshoot technical issues; and deliver reliable rollouts. The role requires production Kubernetes and Helm expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps and CI/CD experience, customer-facing skills, French fluency, and travel of up to 20–40%.

Design, build, and deploy reliable LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions, integrate agents with tools, APIs, and sensitive data, and ship features for Cohere’s North platform. Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.
