Hire and manage regional PR teams and agencies, craft regional messaging, oversee executive and crisis communications, drive storytelling and media strategies, integrate AI into communications, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns to support growth in regulated industries.

The Engineering Manager will lead the Forward Deployed Engineers, manage deployments of North platform, optimize performance, and ensure customer success while collaborating with Product and Sales teams.

Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise leads for Cohere's AI solutions through outbound outreach, BANT qualification, Salesforce pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing. Run smaller sales cycles to close opportunities and stay current on industry and product trends.

Build and ship full-stack features for North, develop autonomous agents that access sensitive enterprise data, productionize state-of-the-art models, write minimal, secure low-resource code, and collaborate with researchers to deploy performant RAG/agentic applications while prioritizing security and user experience.

Lead deployment of North product in private cloud environments, partnering with clients to assess infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues effectively.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build features for an AI platform, develop integrating solutions, lead deployments, and engage with customers.
