As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build features for an AI platform, develop integrating solutions, lead deployments, and engage with customers.

Manage a global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives within the HR PMO. Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, governance, and ownership; coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams; manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment; and develop scalable workflows and tools for HR operations. Build and ship LLM- and agent-powered product experiences for North, designing interfaces, evals, observability, and feedback loops to improve reliability and user outcomes. Collaborate with modelling, product, design, and customers to turn failures and feedback into measurable product and model improvements.

The Engineering Manager will lead the Forward Deployed Engineers, manage deployments of North platform, optimize performance, and ensure customer success while collaborating with Product and Sales teams.

Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise leads for Cohere's AI solutions through outbound outreach, BANT qualification, Salesforce pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing. Run smaller sales cycles to close opportunities and stay current on industry and product trends.
