Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of Coder’s agentic engineering systems. Build production software in Go, with React and TypeScript as needed, and evolve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows. Make architectural decisions, lead complex projects, improve reliability and performance, collaborate with Product and Design, and mentor engineers. The role requires distributed systems expertise, LLM and agentic workflow experience, and familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.

Leads and grows an agentic engineering team building reliable AI development systems. Sets technical direction for agent harnesses, integrations, workflows, model-provider abstractions, tool use, context management, and long-running execution. Partners with Product and Design, contributes to architecture and implementation, improves system reliability and performance, and coaches engineers while maintaining strong execution standards.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Coders AI-focused developer platform: prospect and build pipeline, run technical demos with Sales Engineers, negotiate and close deals, and manage relationships with engineering and technical stakeholders to drive adoption at large enterprises.
