Own technical relationships with enterprise prospects during pre-sales, leading platform demos, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs-of-concept. Demonstrate Coder across developer, administrator, and AI-agent workflows; translate technical outcomes into business value; and support revenue opportunities with Account Executives. Feed prospect insights to Product and Engineering, track issues in Linear, contribute documentation, and develop expertise in cloud development environments and agentic AI.

Build and operate production systems for Coder’s agentic development experience. Develop Go-based backend systems, contribute to React and TypeScript applications, improve agent execution and context management, and create reliable integrations across models, tools, workspaces, and developer infrastructure. Own projects through rollout, enhance system reliability and performance, participate in technical reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver useful AI-powered developer experiences.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of Coder’s agentic engineering systems. Build production software in Go, with React and TypeScript as needed, and evolve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows. Make architectural decisions, lead complex projects, improve reliability and performance, collaborate with Product and Design, and mentor engineers. The role requires distributed systems expertise, LLM and agentic workflow experience, and familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.

Leads and grows an agentic engineering team building reliable AI development systems. Sets technical direction for agent harnesses, integrations, workflows, model-provider abstractions, tool use, context management, and long-running execution. Partners with Product and Design, contributes to architecture and implementation, improves system reliability and performance, and coaches engineers while maintaining strong execution standards.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Coders AI-focused developer platform: prospect and build pipeline, run technical demos with Sales Engineers, negotiate and close deals, and manage relationships with engineering and technical stakeholders to drive adoption at large enterprises.

Embed with strategic partners across EMEA to drive technical adoption of Coder: define architecture, build demos and workshops, co-create GTM plays, co-sell on high-value deals, produce repeatable enablement assets, and feed field insights into product and engineering.
