Leads end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV implementations, from discovery and requirements analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, migration, training, go-live, and hypercare. Manages functional workstreams, customer stakeholders, risks, scope, and delivery quality. Supports pre-sales, demonstrations, proposals, account development, practice improvement, and mentoring of consultants. Applies strong finance and business-process expertise to design scalable ERP solutions and guide customers toward effective standard functionality, configuration, integrations, and extensions.

Supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects across requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. The role is client-facing and collaborates with customers, project managers, consultants, developers, and technical teams. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, assisting with workshops and demonstrations, resolving customer issues, maintaining project governance, and developing ERP functional consulting expertise.

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV implementation projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, go-live support, and post-implementation support.
