Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent IT projects. Own delivery performance, budgets, governance, and stakeholder relationships. Mentor Project Managers, manage cross-project dependencies, drive recovery actions, and ensure contractual and commercial alignment while applying agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Lead solution strategy and roadmaps for Power Platform/D365 CE engagements. Own technical scope, estimates, governance, integrations (Azure, AAD), ALM/CI-CD, data and Copilot assessments, and stakeholder workshops. Mentor senior consultants, shape commercials/SoWs, and ensure operational handover, standards, and reusable assets across multi-team enterprise deliveries.

Design, develop and support Azure-based integration and data solutions across a hybrid estate. Troubleshoot end-to-end integrations, enhance platform reliability, implement improvements, support CI/CD and security practices, and act as senior technical escalation and mentor within a managed services public-sector engagement.
