Lead delivery of large, complex, or concurrent customer projects and programs. Own scope, budget, schedule, profitability, governance, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments. Direct project managers and cross-functional teams, recover challenged projects, manage senior client stakeholders, and oversee reporting and PMO controls. The role also coaches project managers and supports strategic delivery discussions across enterprise IT, ERP, CRM, and workflow engagements.

Lead solution strategy and roadmaps for Power Platform/D365 CE engagements. Own technical scope, estimates, governance, integrations (Azure, AAD), ALM/CI-CD, data and Copilot assessments, and stakeholder workshops. Mentor senior consultants, shape commercials/SoWs, and ensure operational handover, standards, and reusable assets across multi-team enterprise deliveries.

Design, develop and support Azure-based integration and data solutions across a hybrid estate. Troubleshoot end-to-end integrations, enhance platform reliability, implement improvements, support CI/CD and security practices, and act as senior technical escalation and mentor within a managed services public-sector engagement.
