Lead requirements elicitation, rapid prototyping and Fit/Gap analysis for Microsoft Business Applications projects. Drive entity modelling, workshops, stakeholder influence, Azure DevOps requirements management, testing support, presales input, solution envisioning and mentoring junior BAs to ensure traceable, value-driven solutions and smooth operational transition.

Lead elicitation, prototyping and translation of client requirements into Microsoft Business Application solutions. Drive design decisions, run workshops, perform fit-gap and process mapping, manage requirements in Azure DevOps, support testing and deployment, mentor junior BAs, and contribute to presales and solution envisioning.
