Lead delivery of large, complex, or concurrent customer projects and programs. Own scope, budget, schedule, profitability, governance, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments. Direct project managers and cross-functional teams, recover challenged projects, manage senior client stakeholders, and oversee reporting and PMO controls. The role also coaches project managers and supports strategic delivery discussions across enterprise IT, ERP, CRM, and workflow engagements.

Act as senior escalation for complex issues, participate in architecture and design workshops, refactor and optimise solutions, and support CI/CD via Azure DevOps. PL-400 qualification required.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and growth customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals and expansion. Build trusted advisor relationships, create success and account plans, lead QBRs, identify upsell/cross-sell and AI opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to resolve escalations and deliver measurable customer value.

Design, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure integrations, and custom development. Support migrations and upgrades, develop SPFx solutions using TypeScript and React, and build Power Platform solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in SLA-driven environments while automating support and resolving recurring issues.

Provides expert administration, consultancy, troubleshooting, incident resolution, optimization, and migration support across on-premises and online SharePoint environments. The role manages SharePoint architecture, permissions, databases, service applications, security, performance, and availability. It also develops custom SPFx, TypeScript, and React solutions; builds Power Platform applications and automations; supports Microsoft 365 integrations; and works within ticketing and SLA-driven environments.

Owns solution architecture for multiple customer projects centered on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise integrations, ALM and environment strategy, technical documentation, delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, mentoring, and pre-sales support. The role leads project deliveries, advises customers on platform capabilities and implementation best practices, collaborates with developers, and manages technical, commercial, resource, and budget considerations across agile and waterfall engagements.

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central finance implementations: gather requirements, design and configure core finance modules, deliver reporting, budgeting and forecasting solutions, support data migration and testing, provide training and post-go-live support, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring alignment with client objectives and governance.
