Plan and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys for Insurance, Funeralcare and Legal Services. Manage audience segmentation, data selections and QA; launch and test campaigns; monitor performance and provide data-driven optimisation recommendations while ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.
