Conduct empathetic phone and video consultations with probate clients, explain estate administration services, assess client needs, and help them determine suitable solutions. Manage work through digital systems, meet agreed KPIs, and provide clear, supportive guidance. Full training is provided, and prior legal experience is not required.

Develop new business across the North of the UK by building pipelines, identifying independent retail partners, managing relationships, supporting onboarding, representing the Nisa brand, and contributing insights to acquisition strategy and regional growth.

Provides compassionate funeral services, supports ceremonies, leads teams, manages client relationships, and ensures service levels, KPIs, and health and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include guiding families, coordinating regulated work with certified colleagues, preparing and transporting the deceased, maintaining community relationships, and handling managerial and business tasks. The role requires on-call availability, a UK manual driving licence, empathy, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
