Supports families with funeral arrangements, client communication, documentation, invoicing, and family visits. Maintains a clean and welcoming funeral home, handles regulated work referrals, and assists with the transportation, manual handling, preparation, and personal care of deceased individuals. Requires empathy, discretion, accurate administration, basic calculations, IT proficiency, and the ability to perform physical duties. Full training is provided.

Arrange and coordinate funerals across multiple funeral homes, supporting families in person and by phone. Maintain welcoming, safe branches; manage documentation, invoicing, and client records; and follow regulatory procedures. Duties also include transporting and preparing deceased individuals, moving coffins, and assisting with family viewings. The role requires empathy, discretion, accurate administration, independent working, technology skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Own the data product strategy and roadmap, translating stakeholder needs into valuable data products. Lead discovery workshops, prioritize the backlog, coordinate delivery with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and promote innovation. The role requires experience with data product roadmaps, business impact prioritization, data visualization tools such as Power BI and MicroStrategy, agile methods, and strong communication skills.
