Duties also include transporting and preparing deceased individuals, moving coffins, and assisting with family viewings. The role requires empathy, discretion, accurate administration, independent working, technology skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Own the data product strategy and roadmap, translating stakeholder needs into valuable data products. Lead discovery workshops, prioritize the backlog, coordinate delivery with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and promote innovation. The role requires experience with data product roadmaps, business impact prioritization, data visualization tools such as Power BI and MicroStrategy, agile methods, and strong communication skills.

Supports adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and collaboration tools across the organization. Responsibilities include developing communications and engagement plans, delivering training and workshops, supporting users, managing an Office 365 Champions Network, analyzing feedback and adoption metrics, and using dashboards to monitor performance and inform improvements. The role works with technical teams and senior stakeholders to manage technology changes and improve the digital workplace experience.

Manage probate cases from start to finish using a case management system and AI tools, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Manage and develop a team of senior and lead probate case managers, ensure high-quality legal advice and case progression, provide technical audit support, champion client service, and drive continuous improvement.
