Manage category administration on the ordering system, ensure accurate promotions, pricing and product data, resolve data issues, analyse performance (margin, WPI, turnover), improve processes, ensure legal compliance (including GSCOP), collaborate cross-functionally, and line manage six Category Assistants.

Manage probate cases from start to finish using a case management system and AI tools, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.
