Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and CI/CD-driven deployments. Collaborate with frontend, product, and platform teams, contribute to architecture, resolve production issues, and support AI/ML evaluation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Lead monthly forecast-to-actual and rolling forecast cycles, run variance analyses, prepare reporting for the CFO, and partner with Delivery and Operations on cost, staffing, pricing, and margin improvements. Maintain forecasting models in Abacum or comparable tools, support pricing governance, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to drive operational decisions.
