Lead strategic SaaS implementations for enterprise customers, from discovery through rollout and optimization. Design scalable workflows, governance, automations, reporting, and AI use cases in ClickUp. Drive adoption, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and change management while partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support. Serve as a trusted advisor to customer administrators, operators, and executives, resolving complex implementation challenges and communicating customer feedback internally.
