Use Braze and in-house tools to design, execute, and A/B test campaigns, analyze cohorts and behavior, map flows, and partner with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance to drive reactivation, conversion, and engagement growth.

Manage and grow corporate EMEA accounts as primary client contact. Drive adoption and retention through regular engagement, data-driven insights, upselling, presentations, promotions, and exceptional support. Collaborate with onboarding and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementations and increased employee participation.
