Leads development and optimization of complex Ab Initio ETL applications supporting Citi’s Oracle General Ledger. The role requires technical leadership, strong financial technology experience, and expertise in data engineering, RDBMS, UNIX, shell scripting, and Jira.

Develop scalable full-stack financial applications using Java or Python, backend frameworks, modern JavaScript, and cloud platforms. Design application architecture, coding and testing standards, and system enhancements. Integrate generative AI APIs and technologies such as LLMs, vector search, prompt engineering, and agent workflows. Analyze complex technical and business problems, manage risk and compliance, and mentor mid-level developers and analysts.

Leads data strategy and architecture for fund accounting, administration, ETFs, IBOR, ABOR, regulatory reporting, and client reporting. Designs data models, warehouses, lakes, integration patterns, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting structures. Gathers requirements, supports implementation, evaluates technologies, and partners with fund operations, accounting, reporting, and engineering stakeholders. Requires extensive financial services and funds-domain expertise, strong SQL and database skills, and leadership experience.
