Teams at Cision

Prospect new UK clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media; research markets, build and manage lead pipelines, qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives. The role requires meeting sales targets, learning Cision’s SaaS products, and operating effectively in a quota-driven environment.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance, resolve service and delivery challenges, and support renewals and upsell opportunities. Coordinate with internal intelligence and delivery teams to ensure accurate, high-quality insights and editorial outputs. Conduct research, writing, editing, quality checks, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk identification while maintaining strong customer experiences.
