Use AI, research, competitor analysis, player behavior, and judgment to generate many potential solutions, eliminate weak ideas, and present concepts worth implementing. Track implemented ideas and outcomes to improve decision-making over time. The role rewards each successfully implemented idea with a $500 bonus and may eventually involve teaching future Frackers.

Create polished ads, trailers, social cutdowns, and showcase videos from Roblox gameplay for branded activations, events, quests, locations, and rewards. Add motion graphics, typography, logos, music, sound design, and effects while following internal and client brand guidelines. Produce multiple aspect ratios, incorporate feedback, capture footage when needed, and deliver campaign-ready commercial videos.

Design polished user interfaces for Roblox games, including menus, HUDs, inventories, shops, and gameplay systems. Create production-ready layered assets, establish visual identities, collaborate with programmers, designers, and artists, and iterate based on testing and player feedback. The role requires strong artistic judgment, usability awareness, communication, independence, and ownership from concept through implementation. This is a UK-remote permanent role, with freelance opportunities also available globally.
