Owns day-to-day operations across multiple game development teams, supporting team leads, resolving blockers, managing onboarding and staffing follow-through, maintaining access and documentation, handling sensitive personnel matters, and communicating priorities to directors. The role establishes consistent operating processes, coordinates team changes, and ensures routine operational issues are resolved independently across the UK-based remote studio.

Analyze player behavior and live-game performance across retention, engagement, progression, funnels, cohorts, churn, and monetization. Build dashboards, define KPIs, investigate anomalies, and communicate insights clearly. Own the internal game analytics platform, ensuring reliable event tracking, consistent metric definitions, and accessible performance views. Collaborate with developers and potentially help transform the platform into a public Roblox analytics product.

Investigate problems across live Roblox games, including discovery, CTR, retention, monetization, progression, UX, and gameplay. Use AI, research, competitor analysis, player behavior, and judgment to generate many potential solutions, eliminate weak ideas, and present concepts worth implementing. Track implemented ideas and outcomes to improve decision-making over time. The role rewards each successfully implemented idea with a $500 bonus and may eventually involve teaching future Frackers.
