Teams at Chainguard

Leads Sales Operations across EMEA and APJ, managing the regional team and partnering with senior sales leaders. Owns territory design, capacity planning, quota allocation, forecasting, pipeline analytics, reporting, CRM data integrity, compensation execution, governance, and GTM process improvements. The role adapts global operating standards to international markets while supporting multiple currencies, entities, languages, privacy regimes, and time zones. Travel across EMEA, APAC, and the US is expected at approximately 25%.

Lead technical implementations and customer adoption of Chainguard Images for secure software development. Partner with account, product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand requirements, develop account architectures, prioritize image builds, test and document solutions, and ensure successful onboarding. Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences while sharing implementation best practices across the organization.

Leads EMEA sales engineering strategy and a team of sales engineers. Partners with sales and customers on technical evaluations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, proposals, and trusted-advisor relationships. Oversees hiring, mentoring, performance management, technical collateral, metrics, budgets, and customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Requires extensive EMEA sales engineering leadership experience and expertise in cloud, container, and security technologies.
