Provide employee IT support across hardware, software, peripherals, networks, A/V, and related systems. Maintain on-site IT operations for the London office, manage hardware vendors and global shipments, support onboarding and offboarding, resolve ticketed requests, apply IT security best practices, and provide occasional on-call coverage. The role requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, collaboration across time zones, and regular London office availability.

Leads an engineering team developing secure developer tools, hardened GitHub Actions, AI agent capabilities, and microVM-based products. Owns product roadmaps, hiring, team growth, technical design, code reviews, delivery, quality, reliability, and customer feedback loops. Partners with Product to prioritize and ship iteratively in an autonomous, ambiguous environment while remaining technically hands-on.

Build and operate backend services, package registries, APIs, and artifact-serving systems in Go. Develop features from design through testing, rollout, monitoring, and iteration while improving scalability, reliability, observability, performance, and security. Collaborate across engineering and product teams, participate in code reviews and design discussions, investigate production issues, and help create a unified repository platform for libraries, containers, images, APKs, and other artifacts.
