Administer and support large-scale cloud and on-premises monitoring deployments across multiple providers. Maintain performance, availability, capacity, permissions, upgrades, and audit compliance. Integrate applications and infrastructure with enterprise monitoring instrumentation, document operational processes, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor colleagues on observability practices. The role requires expertise in monitoring platforms, application performance monitoring, synthetics, end-user experience, infrastructure monitoring, distributed tracing, cloud services, scripting, SQL, and multiple operating systems.

Provides SaaS application support primarily for Adobe Sign and DocuSign, managing ServiceNow tickets, integrations, onboarding, enhancements, escalations, documentation, SLAs, and KPI reporting. Serves as a subject matter expert for application projects, coordinates with vendors and integration partners, tests resiliency plans, supports compliance and security requirements, and contributes to application strategy and complex IT initiatives.

Administers HR transactions, personnel records, payroll and timekeeping processes, HR data audits, calculations, reporting, and related employee lifecycle activities. Performs routine HR services tasks under direct supervision, follows established procedures, resolves readily identifiable issues, and supports projects with limited scope and complexity.
