Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and on-site support for software, hardware, AV and collaboration tools. Manage incident tickets, onboarding/off-boarding, workstation imaging, vendor and asset management, change requests, and participate in project build and process improvement activities.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to add/support EDI trading partner setups, gather and translate requirements, manage ServiceNow tickets, work with external partners, research solutions, maintain SLAs and dashboards, and support EDI communications (AS2, SFTP) and document types (850/855/856/810/832).

Design, deploy, and operate containerized and serverless platforms on GKE, manage the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform, build standardized GitOps/IaC pipelines, embed DevSecOps controls, monitor platform health, onboard application teams, enforce policy-as-code governance, and collaborate with security and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and repeatable deployments.
