Provide installation, first-line troubleshooting, service and repairs on Canon commercial inkjet printers and finishing equipment. Aim for high first-time-fix rates, record activities per guidelines, support colleagues with technical escalation, deliver customer training, manage inventory, follow H&S procedures, work shift rotation, and support team development.
