Manage and develop the Technical Account Management team to enhance customer engagement, ensure operational efficiency, and align activities with company goals while promoting a collaborative culture.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Camunda's core, cloud-native workflow engine. Work with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to prioritize features, drive scalability, reliability, and security improvements, and manage feedback, OKRs, research, and go-to-market planning for platform capabilities.
