Own the delivery backlog for a multi-customer energy-sector SaaS platform. Translate product strategy, customer needs, and roadmap priorities into refined epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support predictable sprint execution, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX, architecture, and customer-facing teams. Promote reusable, scalable capabilities across energy customers while using delivery evidence and feedback to inform roadmap decisions.

Design, develop, test, and optimize electro-mechanical products for energy and renewables applications. Responsibilities include producing engineering drawings, specifications, test plans, and bills of materials; applying DFM/DFA principles; supporting PLM and CAD integration; coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams; conducting design reviews and testing; and mentoring junior engineers.

Owns the vision, roadmap, requirements, and backlog for device-side software across an IoT product portfolio. Translates stakeholder needs into technically informed user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinates embedded, firmware, hardware, cloud, mobile, and platform teams, and manages Agile delivery. The role also supports architecture decisions, protocol evaluations, integration testing, release planning, user acceptance testing, and ensuring device software meets reliability, security, performance, and field-deployment requirements.
