Create social-first visual content for LinkedIn and other channels, including graphics, infographics, carousels, motion assets, event promotions, newsletters, podcasts, and campaigns. Use generative AI tools to produce visuals, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple briefs and deadlines, coordinate approvals, update content calendars, and analyze performance to improve future content.

Provides first-line employee and manager support across employee relations, absence management, HR policies, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, engagement, wellbeing, payroll, benefits, and people analytics. The role maintains employee records, supports UK employment law compliance, prepares HR reports, coordinates training, and collaborates with Finance on payroll administration in a remote-first technology education company.

Provide independent, strategic security leadership on a fractional, deliverable-focused basis. Define the security strategy and roadmap, establish risk and assurance processes, report to the board, advise on ISO 27001 versus Cyber Essentials Plus, design incident response frameworks, and mature client assurance evidence. The role is advisory and independent, with operational execution, first-response activities, compliance accountability, and staff management retained internally.
