Leads solution design, client implementations, upgrades, migrations, incident escalations, release planning, root-cause analysis, risk management, and service improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Account Management to translate client needs into technical solutions and support pre-sales opportunities. Requires deep expertise in Australian post-trade operations, ASX CHESS workflows, back-office systems, and capital-markets technology.
