Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships, and ensure customers gain value from Cision Insights solutions. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate internal delivery and media intelligence teams, support renewals and upsell opportunities, resolve service issues, and contribute to research, writing, editing, and quality assurance. The role requires strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus French fluency and availability during UK working hours.
