Lead end-to-end UX for enterprise, data-heavy workflows within the Frontend Platform Team. Facilitate discovery and design workshops, run user research and usability testing, create prototypes, evolve the design system, and partner with Stream-Aligned Teams to deliver clear, learnable interfaces and drive design decisions to closure.

Build and extend the platform layer: design shared backend services and APIs, improve reliability and correctness, collaborate with product teams to remove platform bottlenecks, mentor engineers, shape architecture and migrations, and write high-quality fullstack code with a backend focus.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead enterprise sales cycles, drive pipeline creation, and manage complex deal negotiations while collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.
