Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS growth customers across the UK, driving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes. Advise customers on data quality, integrations, tracking, platform usage, AI-powered personalization, analytics, and marketing use cases. Monitor health and usage signals, triage technical issues, facilitate workshops and scalable customer programs, collaborate with Account Management and specialists, and share customer feedback with Product.

Manage partner-led SaaS implementations from solution design through go-live and managed services. Govern scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, reporting, and delivery quality while holding partners accountable. Enable system integrator partners on Bloomreach processes and best practices, develop partner capabilities, and identify managed-services opportunities. Collaborate with customers and internal teams across Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services. Use delivery data to improve forecasting, partner performance, adoption, and customer outcomes.
