Lead global communications strategy and media relations for A1. Write and edit press releases and executive communications, pitch stories, prepare founders for media appearances, manage product launch and crisis communications, and coordinate messaging with product, recruiting, and leadership to build the company brand.

Partner with leadership to drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. Lead projects from planning through execution, build teams and processes, research new markets and opportunities, improve operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Build and operate ML infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment, inference, and experimentation. Improve reliability, scalability, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency. Create reproducible pipelines, observability, benchmarking, and platform tooling enabling researchers and engineers to ship models to production.
