Owns global technical recruiting for AI/ML, software engineering, infrastructure, web, and mobile teams. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategy, leading critical searches, partnering with engineering leadership, setting hiring standards, building and coaching a technical recruiting team, improving recruiting processes through data and market intelligence, and expanding talent networks across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, ATS data, hiring pipelines, recruiting reports, and recruiter support across multiple functions and markets. Maintain accurate hiring records, ensure timely follow-ups, identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.

Integrate security into software delivery and infrastructure workflows across AWS and GCP. Build security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, maintain secure build and deployment guardrails, protect containerized workloads, implement least-privilege access and secrets management, and support SC TRM and BNM RMiT compliance. The role also improves vulnerability monitoring, incident readiness, artifact integrity, and secure delivery practices while partnering with engineering teams using multiple programming languages.
