Develop and modify Android system services, privileged APIs, and AI integrations at the OS level. Build interfaces for AI agents to interact with Android functionality, including permissions, IPC, lifecycle management, and background execution. Optimize performance and resource consumption while collaborating with agent engineers. Requires strong Android Framework or AOSP experience, Java or Kotlin expertise, Binder IPC knowledge, and debugging and optimization skills.

Lead product direction for an AI-native phone experience. Define user workflows, interaction models, proactive assistance opportunities, and product requirements. Partner with Android and AI engineering teams to assess feasibility, prioritize prototype and launch capabilities, conduct user research, and validate interaction patterns. The role requires strong product judgment, mobile UX expertise, technical fluency, and experience taking early-stage consumer or platform products from concept to launch.

Lead Android platform architecture and AOSP-based ROM development for an AI-native phone. Define OS-level AI integration, system services, privileged APIs, permissions, security architecture, and platform modifications. Partner with hardware vendors and ODMs on device integration, evaluate technical trade-offs, and establish engineering standards. The role requires deep Android internals expertise, ROM development, platform-level feature delivery, and strong Java, Kotlin, and C++ skills.
