The role collaborates with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams to deliver production systems for millions of users.

Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for an AI-powered neobank. Develop workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk. Create internal tools, collaborate with product and design teams, and own production monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong product sense, comfort with ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership in a hybrid UK office environment.

Drive strategic execution for the AI Neobank expansion: build operating rhythm, manage OKRs, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, prepare decision and board materials, identify risks and dependencies, help leadership prioritize trade-offs, and own senior special projects.
