Process high-volume customer invoicing across multiple legal entities, manage Accounts Receivable inboxes, allocate payments, maintain ledger accuracy, support customer onboarding and collections, and assist with billing activities and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, prioritization, collaboration, and customer service skills in a hybrid Cambridge finance team on a fixed-term contract.

Coordinate end-to-end international shipments for pharmaceutical, clinical trial, and healthcare products. Serve as the primary customer contact, monitor live shipments, coordinate with carriers and global partners, resolve issues, manage post-shipment activities, and maintain accurate records. The role also involves complaint investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and compliance with quality and customs requirements. This is a fully onsite, rotating-shift position in Cambridge.

Coordinates end-to-end international shipments of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial medicines, and research samples. Serves as the primary customer contact, liaises with carriers and global partners, monitors shipments, resolves escalations, manages temperature-monitor and packaging logistics, and maintains chain-of-custody records. The role also handles complaints, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, accurate system updates, and compliance within a fully onsite rotating-shift environment.
