Coordinates end-to-end international shipments of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial medicines, and research samples. Serves as a customer contact, monitors live shipments, manages escalations, coordinates with logistics partners, maintains shipment records, and handles post-shipment activities. Investigates complaints, performs root cause analysis, supports CAPA, and ensures compliance with quality, customs, and chain-of-custody requirements in a regulated environment.

Coordinate end-to-end international shipments of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial medicines, and research samples. Serve as the first customer contact, liaise with carriers and partners, monitor live shipments, resolve escalations, manage post-shipment activities, investigate complaints, complete CAPA, and maintain accurate system records while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Manage assigned customer accounts to maximise cash collection, resolve payment disputes, minimise credit risk and bad debt, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Responsibilities include applying dunning and escalation procedures, supporting debt recovery and insolvency processes, investigating payment delays, improving cash flow, supporting audits, and contributing to process automation and data quality initiatives. The role also provides guidance to colleagues and requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
