Supervise day-to-day maintenance and compliance for MEP infrastructure across two sites. Support Operations Manager and engineering team with technical oversight, team mentoring, stock and permit management (LOTO), maintenance planning, root-cause investigations, and stakeholder liaison. Maintain procedures (SSOWs/SOPs/EOPs), promote energy initiatives, and ensure statutory and safety compliance.

Supervise day-to-day maintenance and engineering teams for a large commercial site, ensuring compliance, managing mechanical systems, stock and LOTO processes, supporting projects, training staff, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to maintain MEP infrastructure and continuous improvement.

Administer payroll and company benefits, support payroll processing and audits, manage benefits administration and employee queries, and handle P&C onboarding/vetting tasks including DBS/BS7858 checks and recordkeeping.
