The role implements ServiceNow best practices, develops Workflow Studio flows and integrations, supports ITSM, CSM, FCM, WSD, and related modules, documents technical requirements, builds Service Graph Connections, and automates business processes. It partners with Technology and Cyber stakeholders, supports strategic initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Manage consulting engagements for energy network clients across capital delivery, asset management, operating model improvement, field operations, and digital transformation. Shape improvements across people, processes, technology, governance, and performance management. Help clients deploy pragmatic data and AI solutions, mobilize delivery, land operational change, and develop proposals and client relationships. The role requires utilities or asset-intensive industry experience and involves travel to client sites, typically one to two days per week.

Supports energy and resources marketing strategy, develops and manages global and regional campaigns, creates thought leadership and client-focused content, coordinates internal stakeholders and external partners, and manages campaign lifecycles from planning through analysis and optimization. The role uses audience insight, brand positioning, marketing analytics, and martech to support client acquisition, revenue growth, market share, and sales pipeline objectives.
