Manage consulting engagements for energy network clients across capital delivery, asset management, operating model improvement, field operations, and digital transformation. Shape improvements across people, processes, technology, governance, and performance management. Help clients deploy pragmatic data and AI solutions, mobilize delivery, land operational change, and develop proposals and client relationships. The role requires utilities or asset-intensive industry experience and involves travel to client sites, typically one to two days per week.

Supports energy and resources marketing strategy, develops and manages global and regional campaigns, creates thought leadership and client-focused content, coordinates internal stakeholders and external partners, and manages campaign lifecycles from planning through analysis and optimization. The role uses audience insight, brand positioning, marketing analytics, and martech to support client acquisition, revenue growth, market share, and sales pipeline objectives.

Leads a Data Products team designing, developing, and evolving foundational data products for energy-market modeling, analytics, and client-facing systems. Owns data product quality, reliability, governance, schemas, versioning, metadata, and data contracts. Provides technical leadership, collaborates with subject matter experts and platform engineers, establishes engineering best practices, and supports agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Designs, builds, optimizes, and supports databases, analytics platforms, business applications, integrations, reporting, and data products. Leads SQL Server and Azure SQL engineering, performance tuning, data modeling, ETL, governance, security, and cloud modernization. Partners with product owners and stakeholders to reduce technical debt and deliver scalable solutions. Acts as a technical authority, establishes engineering standards, mentors colleagues, and solves complex technical challenges across an Agile environment.
