The Principal Designer Representative supports project delivery by ensuring CDM compliance, managing design risks, and promoting safety standards throughout engineering design and construction phases.

Lead and deliver primary HV substation design up to 400kV, manage and mentor engineers and CAD technicians, provide technical oversight (including CDAE for National Grid), prepare and approve layouts, SLDs, calculations and specifications, coordinate project delivery, support bids/tenders, and ensure quality across feasibility, detailed design, construction and FAT activities.

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and maintaining client relationships.
