Lead and develop a CS Readiness team to translate business priorities into measurable plans, improve operating models and processes, align cross-functional stakeholders, use data and tools for prioritization and adoption tracking, and drive scalable readiness, enablement, and continuous improvement.

Sell and grow adoption of Autodesk Forma Building Design by identifying opportunities, leading discovery, designing pilots/POCs, building stakeholder relationships, and providing market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with sales, technical, product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive early adoption and workflow transformation.
