Own Autodesk Fusion’s EMEA growth engine across acquisition, trial activation, subscription conversion, and expansion. Lead PLG optimization, localized campaigns, experimentation, channel strategy, and performance measurement across European markets. Partner with performance marketing, product marketing, campaigns, demand generation, lifecycle, and analytics teams. Success is measured by funnel performance, subscription revenue, experiment velocity, and market growth. The role requires hands-on campaign execution, data analysis, AI-enabled workflows, and experience scaling underperforming markets.

Senior individual-contributor role advising AECO customers on transformation strategy, target operating models, business cases and roadmaps. Lead executive workshops, assess processes, data and capabilities, identify automation and AI opportunities, and partner with technical teams to translate strategy into delivery plans that realize measurable business outcomes.
