Lead regional HR service delivery across multiple European countries, owning escalations, compliance, case quality, vendor management, and process standardization. Mentor and manage Employee Relationship Consultants, enforce SLAs/KPIs, drive automation and transformation, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain audit-ready HR controls and documentation.
