Lead and grow a European engineering team focused on ownership and autonomy. Mentor engineers, influence product and technical specs, remain hands-on to debug and ship, and improve developer tooling, automation, and processes that increase team leverage.

Build and maintain Ashby's platform and SRE tooling: scale infrastructure, implement IaC, improve reliability (SLOs/SLIs), enable safe deployments (canaries, feature flags), enforce security/privacy guardrails, and support event-driven architecture and data warehousing while partnering with product and engineering teams.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 mid-market B2B SaaS customers across EMEA, leading four-to-eight-week implementations, product adoption, training, engagement, and retention. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, explain complex workflows, provide customer feedback internally, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop scalable customer success processes. The role emphasizes product expertise, technical curiosity, prioritization, clear communication, and hands-on customer enablement rather than renewal negotiation or variable compensation.
