Teams at Ashby

Build and maintain Ashby's platform and SRE tooling: scale infrastructure, implement IaC, improve reliability (SLOs/SLIs), enable safe deployments (canaries, feature flags), enforce security/privacy guardrails, and support event-driven architecture and data warehousing while partnering with product and engineering teams.

Lead and grow a European engineering team focused on ownership and autonomy. Mentor engineers, influence product and technical specs, remain hands-on to debug and ship, and improve developer tooling, automation, and processes that increase team leverage.

Provide technical customer support for Ashby by diagnosing integration and API issues, troubleshooting via logs and scripting, collaborating with engineering on escalations, creating documentation, and driving product improvements from customer feedback.
