Teams at Ashby

Lead and grow a European engineering team focused on ownership and autonomy. Mentor engineers, influence product and technical specs, remain hands-on to debug and ship, and improve developer tooling, automation, and processes that increase team leverage.

Build and maintain Ashby's platform and SRE tooling: scale infrastructure, implement IaC, improve reliability (SLOs/SLIs), enable safe deployments (canaries, feature flags), enforce security/privacy guardrails, and support event-driven architecture and data warehousing while partnering with product and engineering teams.

Design and implement user-facing features by combining high-quality visual design and frontend engineering. Improve and expand the design system, build flexible components, collaborate with Product Engineers, ship to users quickly, iterate from feedback, and support customer-facing issues. Work spans wireframing, UI implementation, and end-to-end technical delivery.
