Lead day-to-day operations of the Ambient department to ensure product availability, high shopfloor standards, shrink reduction, and promotional execution. Coach and develop your team, drive trading activity and KPIs, handle operational issues, and create a customer-focused, safe, and compliant store environment.

Lead the twilight (afternoon-to-midnight) shift to ensure product availability, high shopfloor standards, safety/compliance, and smooth handover to night team. Coach and develop colleagues, execute trading activity, drive customer service and sales, and manage change while working a rolling rota including weekends.
