Collect, clean, normalize, and analyze complex datasets; develop data collection systems; maintain databases; create queries, views, and reports; generate ongoing reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Support operations by triaging the operations inbox, chasing QS bordereaux and accounts receivable, allocating cash receipts and liaising with brokers/underwriters on missing cash and premium queries. Assist with outstanding receivables, premium adjustments, and other projects including workflow implementation.
