Lead commercial and procurement activities for onshore energy projects: develop commercial strategies, manage pre/post-award contracts (NEC/FIDIC), administer claims, payments, variations, supplier relationships, and cost/control reporting to ensure value-for-money delivery.

Provide commercial and cost management for major infrastructure projects under NEC4 ECC/PSC: cost assurance, Defined Cost and PWDD assessments, forecasting, contract administration, change control, and stakeholder reporting. Ensure budget control, governance compliance, and supplier audits while supporting dispute avoidance and value management.
