Lead SAMpeople product strategy and roadmap, drive AI-enabled product lifecycle across SDLC, hire and mentor product managers, align product with commercial goals, and coordinate cross-functional launches with GTM teams.

Serve as the bridge between payroll stakeholders and engineering: elicit and decompose payroll requirements, produce detailed functional specs and workflows, ensure compliance and payment security, drive agile delivery, triage escalations, and balance maintenance with new feature development to improve payroll accuracy and scalability.

Lead and scale Arbor's engineering function across 7+ teams, managing Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers. Shape engineering strategy, partner with product leaders, drive customer-outcome focus, manage technical debt and incidents, use data to improve team health, and guide AI-first evolution of the SDLC while protecting long-term system health.
