The Senior Migrations Engineer will develop and maintain the Migrations Platform, ensure reliable migrations, and support onboarding of new schools, emphasizing collaboration and quality improvement.

Own and execute the strategic roadmap for core user-facing SaaS features. Translate strategy into epics and user stories, prioritise using data and RICE, lead agile squads and sprint ceremonies, collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, legal and finance, drive adoption and revenue, and support go-to-market and customer engagement.

Lead data architecture and strategy across OLTP, OLAP, and AI systems. Drive AI-first foundations (LLM orchestration, RAG, real-time inference), ensure DataOps/CI-CD, mentor technical leads, run architectural reviews, partner with product and engineering leadership, and optimise platform security, observability and costs.
