Leads platform operations across SRE, security engineering, and developer experience for Arbor’s SaaS applications. Owns availability, SLOs, incident management, vulnerability remediation, internal developer platforms, CI/CD, production ownership, and engineering productivity metrics. Builds engineering leadership, drives cross-functional accountability, and oversees cloud and infrastructure standards using AWS and Terraform. The role also guides responsible AIOps adoption, compliance alignment, and operational transformation across multiple products and markets.

Owns architecture, technical strategy, and roadmaps across Arbor’s core product suite and multiple engineering teams. The role guides architectural transformation, AI-first SDLC adoption, system design, technical debt reduction, and complex initiative delivery. It partners with product and engineering leadership, mentors Technical Leads and Senior Engineers, leads architectural reviews, and ensures quality, reliability, security, and compliance standards. This is a strategic technical leadership role focused on coaching and delivery rather than hands-on coding.

Lead the technical direction and architecture for Arbor’s data platform, spanning transactional, analytical, and AI systems. Define target architectures, guide technical leads, support product delivery, and enable AI-first engineering through LLM orchestration, RAG, and real-time inference infrastructure. The role includes mentoring, architectural reviews, data governance, security, compliance, observability, DataOps, cloud platform cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with product and commercial leaders.
